I get mate in 10 after 25...Kh7, too. With the help of a little bit backwards
analysis. One possible line is:

26.Qxd5 Rbxc8 27.Qxf7 Rhf8 28.Qg6+ Kg8 29.f6 Rf7 30.Rbe1 Rcf8
31.Kg1 a6 32.Re7 h5 33.Rfe1 Rxe7 34.Rxe7 Rf7 35.Qxf7+ Kh8 36.Qxg7#

Note, that in the line given by the King, 29.fxg6 needs one move longr to mate,
than Rf7. No doubt, the King will find it, if you have enough patience.
