32 bit computing will be around for a few years yet, and software developers would be shooting themselves in the foot if they produce 64-bit only versions so soon as it severely restricts their market. I'd expect to see developers supplying both 32 bit and 64 bit versions for the next couple of years, with the 32 bit versions being phased out gradually
