Don't be too critical of Chess Tiger's opening book. It's a strong book, even if
it wasn't specifically designed for CT15. As far as I know, the opening books
for Hiarcs and Shredder were adapted to their respective engines, while Chess
Tiger's book is "only" a generic book. I'm not sure about Junior and Fritz, but
I suspect their books have been adapted to their respective playing styles.

Sorry, I know that's not the answer you were looking for. The best way to get a
better opening book for a Chessbase engine is to approach the engine's author.
Luckily, Christophe is more accessible than most :)
