Somebody told me that he had problem to connect to playchess because playchess asked him a serial number(note that playing in playchess is supposed to be free for people from Israel). I suggested him to register in a different name. I also told him that I had a case when it happened to me and I gave my serial number. He asked me if I can give him my serial number. I replied that I am afraid that it is illegal to do it but another moderator in the israeli forum claims that it is legal. I am interested to know if I am allowed to give my serial number and if not then based on what rule I am not allowed to do it. In the fritz8 manual I find that I can register 3 accounts with the serial number but I do not find a claim that I am not allowed to give it to other people. Uri
