Go here:

Click on "Engine Info"
Then choose the "Info Pages" drop down list on the left of the page.

The "Rating List" link on that site will show you how strong they are.

With Winboard, you will have to edit the Winboard.ini file to set up each
engine.

The links will already exist in your Winboard program when you choose online
play.
