Theoretically, it might be true, if the poster has found a fault in Fritz's openings book that he can exploit. He might be able to manoeuvre Fritz into a losing position frequently, without even being a strong player. Look at the games Eduard Nemeth was posting last year. Eduard played and played against Fritz until he found a sequence of moves that he could use to consistently beat Fritz.
