I remember many years ago at work (1982)i was talking with a fellow worker and
he said he liked to play chess and i could remember my father playing when i was
10 or 12 and i remembered how the pieces moved and so i said i could play
chess__:) I was 35 at the time. Well i lost badly and lost and lost___:) Well, i
thought this person was out thinking me on the chess board and i couldn't have
that !___(of course i never played anyone till then, only watched when i was a
kid)__so, one day when i was out shopping i saw this "Fidelity" chess
computer___lol,__"Mini Sensory Chess Challenger, Model MSC" of course i bought
it and learned from it and my co-worker was never able to win so easily again.
Well, many years later (2005) i have a small collection and they are still
teaching me___ But, of course my fellow co-worker who once was able to win and
who drew me to the game, "because i couldn't comprehend losing to
him",__lolo,___is now an easy game to win but still allot of fun.
Chess, for me it's part of my life now, chess programs, chess machines, books,
videos, data bases,____still trying to learn more, play better,___but more than
that,__ now i can sit down with most anyone and be competitive and enjoy the
game of chess.
