I assume you mean 19.R1f3 and 20.R3f4 There are more possible lines For example 17...hxg5 18.Raf1 Qb7 and I do not see more than a draw for white after a line like 19.R1f3 g4 20.Qxg4 Qb1+ Draw may be a good result for white so even if white has no more than a draw it does not prove that the test is wrong.
