Maybe Frank is overeacting but it seems strange that the programmer has not
directly denied it.  Another piece of circumstantial evidence is that Patriot 2
is only UCI compatible and not Winboard compatible and there has been no
discussion of a rewrite.  It seems strange (but not "out of the question") that
someone would take out Winboard support.
