Most probably not.  Chest 3.19 is not good at help[stale]mates.
Since then I have experimented with several improvements, but only
classical "tricks".

The "intelligent" mode of Popeye (and others) is something completely
different.  It is not easy to get right, but can provide enormous
speed-ups.  Currently Chest cannot compete, here.
