This isn't for guaranteed shortest mates, but for general mate finding I use
Slow Chess, because it's my program =) and Ruffian 1.01. Ruffian can't seem to
find this specific one though, because it uses null-move more aggressively in
endgames than Slow Chess. I find it's good to try a few different programs,
since solve times can vary greatly by program between positions.

Slow Chess takes about 1 second to find Mate in 7 on a AMD 2700+
