Here's WCSAC.0016:

The book gives the answer 1. Rxh6, but a lengthy analysis says that the capture
is better if it's deferred a couple of moves:

pes +2.257;
pv Qd6 Rf7 Nf4 Qxf2 Rxh6 gxh6 Qxh6 Rg7 Qh8+ Kf7 Qxa8 Rg1+ Rxg1 Qxg1+ Kc2 Qxe3
Qxb7 Ke8;

Is there a bug in the problem or in the analysis?
