Ruffian back in 2002 sets a new level for free chess engines.
Now (in 2005) this level is exceeded by two engines: SlowChess Blitz WV and
Pro Deo 1.1. So they set a new higher level of play for freeware.

Congratulations to Jonathan Kreuzer for fast (that is not slow!) progress
of his engine!

Only half-point behind is Pro Deo 1.1. Apparently both engines are of the same
level (at the given conditions).

Good results are shown by Fruit 2.0 and "revived" Pharaon 3.2.

4 engines are going down to the Queen Class:
--------------------------------------------
Delfi 4.5
Crafty 19.19 BH
AnMon 5.51
Tao 5.7 b07

And thanks to all AEGT testers for their hard work!
They are Christian Koch, Johan Havegheer, Charles Smith, Olivier Deville,
and me.

Best regards,
Igor Gorelikov
