Not worthy for testing chess programs.  You still have to allocate the amount of
CPU, RAM, Disk space you want the Virtual PC to use.  Unless you have a dual
processor or quad processor, it is a waste of time.  And you would need at least
1 GB of RAM.  Besides, if you have a dual or quad processor, why would you want
to run a second OS like Windows?
