My impression from the last period, where I mailed them a couple of times, is
that they must be very busy with something (bugfixes, new features, a new GUI,
too many emails... ), since the issues was of a kind they normally attend and
respond to, which they haven't.
About 1½-2 month ago I wrote about a problem in CB9, I was requested
screendumps, which they got; I heard nothing back, but shortly after an upgrade
of the program fixed the problem.
Now I've located a couple of bugs in chessprogram8, but I hesitate to summarize
and mail them to them right now...

According to my experience, it's not how they prefer to work.
