I do not know that Micheal Cummings is a Rebel enemy
I understood that even Micheal Cummings did not know it
so at least 2 people do not know it so you should not post:" Everybody knows".

If Micheal Cummings wanted to be not honest then he could play games with the
real opening book of Rebel10 and delete the games CM is not winning.

I believe that Rebel is optimized to use its original book but I think it is
better to assume everyone is honest.
