My CM10th testing has so far gone as follows against Shredder 9:

Default 16.5 out of 40.0 = 41.2%
Cobra 11.5 out of 40.0 = 28.7%
Emperor 12.5 out of 40.0 = 31.2%

Cobra scored slightly better across all 7 engines than Default despite the poor
result against Shredder. So I guess a good result against Shredder doesn't
necessarily mean a good result against a colelction of other engines, and
vice-versa

==========================
My testing is as follows:

Chessbase Shredder 9 GUI
40 moves in 40 min repeating, 256MB Hash
Dual Athlon MP2000+ with ponder on
3-4-5 men EGTB
no learning

Each CM10th personality will play 40 games against each of:

Shredder 9
Fritz 8 Bilbao
Junior 9
Aristarch 4.50
Hiarcs 9
Ruffian 2.1.0
Gandalf 6.0

The above will be using their own books. CM10th will use the CM10th book
converted to Chessbase format.

That is 280 games for each personality. CM10th default will be tested to provide
a baseline.

CM10th Default has scored 119.5 out of 280 = 42.7%
CM10th Cobra 123.5 out of 280 = 44.1%
CM10th Emperor in progress, will be finished in a week
