shredder 9 is not the best if you look at the ratings deep shredder 9 uci is currently the best ! Futhermore there are alot of engines who have not played 1000 game syet to get a rating (ex junior 9 ) . So you can not cleary state shredder 9 is the best when clearly hydras engine or j9 engine is rated yet !
