Maybe this is old news, but in case not... I have tried to run Bionic with Winboard4 with the following command line: "C:\Winboard\winboard.exe" -cp -fcp "bionic41" -fd "C:\bionic" It seems to work fine! Probably you can set hash table size with the same parameter as for Crafty (hash=32m)!?
