there several differences as follows:

1.Rarity..the TSB(Tournament Sensory Board) is far rarer and was not available
for sale for very long
Novag Released the TSB with the Super Vip and soon switched over to the USB
i believe the TSB was available for less then a year perhaps a bit more..

2.Size..the TSB is the ONLY regulation tournament sized board Novag ever
released
therefore it is their largest auto-sensory board(and their largest board in
general)
The USB ,Connie Expert,Super Experts and Diablo are not full regulation sized
boards
also the pieces are larger also being regulation size

3.the display..unlike the USB where the computer itself(Sapphire or Sapphire II
or Super Vip)can show the moves in addition to on the board, the TSB has a
special side attachment which looks almost like the Super Vip
this side attachment is actually the display screen for the computer.
the moves are shown on the display screen as well as on the board not on the
Super Vip screen

4.Versatility..i am fairly certain the TSB will only work with the Super Vip and
not any of the later Novag Computers
i never tried it with the Sapphires only the Super Vip
as i also have the USB i didnt care to test the others with it,but i am betting
it would not work with them

it is also important to note that Novag released a smaller Magnetic Pressure
Sensory board to be used in conjunction with the Super Vip also via the Super
System Distributor box.. this board however is not very rare and does appear for
sale by collectors ever now and again
