This is in fact imho amongst the easiest of modern chess positions as given for human solving, but is considered too easy for many authors to include in their books. They prefer things which are much more misty and muddy and makes a person think he has better alternative solutions, often. A thing like this is very simple and still beautiful. OK, so it CAN be slightly harder too. Regarding dedicated, I can see the problem when it comes to the older dedicated computers. Anything below the level of Lang's first "genius" program, for a 386 computer, this might still be an issue. That, or stronger, I don't think it should take longer than a couple of seconds.
