Subject: Shredder 9 as opposed to Shredder 9 UCI ?????

What is the difference between Shredder 9 from Chessbase and Shredder 9 UCI that
can be purchased from the Shredderchess.com???

Will I be able to copy the Shredder UCI engine and use it in my Fritz 8 program
in an engine tournament or for personal use???

Please give your expert opinions.
I need to decide whether the Purchase the Disk from Chessbase,which can take
days to obtain, or download the files from Shredderchess.com and get it
immediately.
