If you want to compile under 10.4 but have it run on 10.3.9, then you need to cross-compile for that OS. In XCode, Get Info on your project file, select the General tab, and for Cross-Develop Using Target SDK, select MacOSX10.3.9 instead of Current Mac OS (If that is not available, then you need to install that SDK when installing XCode.) You can also choose to go back to 10.2 or 10.1 if you install those SDKs. Ian
