With respect to Micorsoft, they have provided me with instructions on how to to
the upgrade when you build the 64 bit system yourself and installed either a
retail version or OEM version of WinXp.   Email me for further information.

The process will require you format the harddrive - that is not acceptable to me
and I just may buy xp64 when the beta runs outs.  You have to do the upgrade by
some date in July 2005 I believe.
