How would you feel if someone took your work, changed it a little, then tried to pass it off as original work and later after admitting his actions was wrong holds a big part of your work "private"? As Fabien has stated, the spirit of his decision to make it open source was for others to learn from it, wouldn't you say it was only fair if Thomas Gaksch atleast respects that apsect?
