Hello Thomas
Yes, my Elo is below 2000, now 1950 Elo and despite
this it is (was) often possible to get draw vs the top engines.
I do however not play anti-computer-chess or do not try to get
closed positions by all means. My strategy is (was) to play a
very boring style, not to allow unbalanced positions, always
exchange pieces or in other words: a "do-nothing-but-do-it-well-
strategy". I have stopped this behaviour because this method
had a bad influence on my chess in so far as I "forgot" how to
win a game even against weaker players who at once were able
to draw against me -:(
Kind regards

Fully agreed -:)
