THe Program evaluates "EVERY Possible move in the position! It ranks them in order of 'best move first.. If there are 10 possible moves in the position, it is looking at the 10 possible moves, and evaluating each one in depth. You only 'see' one because you are only Scrolling one PV. Use Multiple lines and see each one and how the Program evaluates them. Different engines will evaluate a position differently. There is no 'accident' about it!
