I have responded to them.
I told you what the definition of Ply is by Chessbase for analysis purposes!
They know!
You are the one that fails to grasp the obvious here!
Don't confuse apples & oranges..

If we are not talking 'analysis' I agree there are 2 Ply for each  move.
