GM Rudolph Spielmann once said that RBB vs RRN was equal in the middlegame. Somehow I doubt it in the long run. I know there are positions where the 2B rake the board, but in my experience it seems that a rook trade is usually forced and the remaining R and N seem to outplay the 2B. Can someone with a chess database search their large base for me and get the game stat overall game result % for this configuration of pieces? Thanks I used to have all the databases, but now I only have Shredder9 with the Fritz interface. The Fritz interface can't search for this material configuration.
