Fritz did NOT play correctly. It played the way it did because of the time control. Give Fritz a few more seconds to think, and it would play differently, opening the position and wins. :-) For example, at the point where Fritz lost on time, on my computer, after on 5 seconds, Fritz plays Nxe3, opening the position, winning easily. :-) Regards Dave
