I have used Chess Assistant 2 and 3 for a long time and needed a break with a new (okey old...) program. I have now installed ChessBase 4 and of course I ran into problems right away ;-) Can anyone please tell me how I search for a position in CB4!! I have simply played the moves out on the board and then gone for the two search lines that I can see in the menues. But all I get are error messages like: "Position not in file" or "Position not assigned" or something like that. I feel kind of stupid asking this, but can someone please help me out!
