Even though I like the ChessBase tree immensely and it was from my idea that convinced Matthius Wullenweber to implement the concept in the Chessbase interface and database, from the first day it came out, there were problems. As it stands now you can add a move to tree and sometimes it will then give you move statistics as if there was already a game with that move even though if you go back one ply, there is no unplayed transposition shown. I have the option checked to show unplayed transpositions. I have also noticed bogus statistics against certain nodes.
