thanks for the ad
i have added it to my archives of printed material on the old computers

the Phantoms rating is a USCF rating(United States Chess Federation) which is
not the same as Elo
2100 USCF is about 1850-1900 Elo
also, all dedicated computers had their ratings reduced by 100 points in 2000 by
the SSDF
this was supposedly done because of ratings inflation
all of the computers released before 2000 were therefore reduced by 100 points
and most were not retested
