I played 4 games R30 vs RR myself using that time control. The Tasc leads in
this minimatch 3-1, however this obviously means nothing.

One of course could give the R30 10 sec more per move to see if the difference
is that ´significant´ ;) (I know, there is also more RAM in the R40 but with
shorter time controls this gives probably almost no advantage at all). I
remember Ruud saying that he once tuned one of his R30 to the R40 level but
didn't see much difference at all. *shrug* To avoid misunderstanding: I of
course don't want to derogate your R40 at all... :D
