The Tasc leads in this minimatch 3-1, however this obviously means nothing. One of course could give the R30 10 sec more per move to see if the difference is that ´significant´ ;) (I know, there is also more RAM in the R40 but with shorter time controls this gives probably almost no advantage at all).
