well, this move is mainly made because of the anti-human routines -> just to get
another half open file. In fact I am still working on that, currently I have a
version which would definitely not open the position in that way. The only bad
thing about it is, that it will no longer play as spectacular as older versions.
(The version Eduard had played in that game did even offer Trojans and stuff
like that, was very funny - in many testpositions for king attacks where a best
move was searched it did better then the real Quark - on the other hand, as you
could see in the example above it simply was sacrificing way too much) In
strength it gets on the other hand nearer to the real Quark.
