1)Bob Hyatt talked about computer chess in his reply.
He meant that the only case when Crafty can lose on time against computer is
with game that has more than 500 moves and it can happen against a computer if
the computer does that dancing and does not agree to a draw.

2)I also think that it can happen in human chess in blitz in ICC(for example in
7 minutes per game and not in 3 minutes per game so players have enough time to
play 500 moves) because one human may try to win on time in a drawn position.
