Ok. I couldn't see anything wrong either when I tried to investigate the
"problem".

A couple of notes to the CB books, which they have been called for quite a while
now, instead of trees:

The 'learn from database' function only applies weights to the moves according
to the gameresults in the databse. The weights can also be changed manually for
each move in bookpane in Chessprogram8 GUI, and they can all be reset (for the
hole book).
The stats is - as mentioned in previous posts - a product of the gameresults
only.
To "change" them, it's (logically) possible to change the results of the games
that are imported to the book, or add/substract games with certain results in
certain lines, use doubles, triples etc. to tweak the possibillity of a move
being made.

In the previous posts, books (trees) was in some cases addressed as if there was
only, wiyh a certain amount of positions. They should have addressed generally
by poster, since they, the books, can be very, very different, and consist of
almost any number of positions, and vary a lot in their deept, were made for
many different purposes, etc.

Also, when talking the CB-books, it's important address the same platform, since
there's some significant differences from different Chessbase versions and the
"Fritz" GUI.

Regards,
Henrik
