Using Yace and SlowChess Blitz WV (on a 1.4 GHz Athlon), I came across an interesting PV after forcing a few moves. 1... gxf4 2.Kf3 Rd1 3.g5 Rg1 4.Rg2 Rxg2 5.Kxg2 Ke4 6.Kf1 f3 7.g6 Bd4 8.g7 Bxg7 9.Kf2 Bd4+ 10.Kf1 Ke3 11.Kg1 f2+ 12.Kf1 Be5 13.Kg2 Ke2 14.Kh1 f1=Q#. Perhaps 1...gxf4 is the right direction.
