Hello everyone, just wanted to share a piece of information I know. In the Playchess server, you can reduce your lag by ALLOWING direct connections. I have done that and it does NOT cause an issue with my firewall (Norton Personal Firewall 2005) I told this tip to some people and they were not aware of the option. They actually thought ALLOWING, increases lag. So, here is what you have to do, Go to Tools-->Options-->Click the Server Settings tab, Uncheck the 'Block direct connections(increases lag)'. What it means is, if you enable it, it increases the lag.. decreasing will reduce it :) Thank you people and sorry if you knew this before Regards, Pradip Udayakanth C.G.
