Subject: The same is true of Symbolic

Symbolic's accept formula is similarly restricted, and the main reason for this
is to avoid abuse by lower rated players who are obviously using computer
assistance.  Also, Symbolic does not play unrated games as the main reason it's
playing is to have an accurate rating of its toolkit.
