In 1983 i was too young. this was Thomas Nitsche and Sofia and Szuza Polgar. I guess judith was not born. Thomas Nitsche, one of the programmers of Mephisto III, the chess computer computing 3 NPS :-))) i was in cologne, 1986. when Ed Schroeder had his debut. ulf rathsmann, ephraim kishon, helmut pfleger, bebe, and and and... it was the first year mephisto did not really made a progress with mephisto cologne. next year (dallas ?!) it was much better.
