Subject: The Elite A/G 2265 - Is this a Bug?

 A short while ago I purchased the Elite on auction in Germany for $1087us.
 Add to that $110 us for customs and shipping and another $19.us for an
 adaptor.It is an expensive machine but I am very pleased with it in every way.

 Because I am unable to test it's capabilty I played a game btween the Elite
 and the Renaissance brute force. The game ended with the Renaissance having
 a King and a Bishop and the Elite only a King.The Renaissance immediatley
 declared a draw due to lack of material.The Elite wanted to play on.

 The Elite does not seem to recognize the lack of material rule.

 Do others have this problem or is it only me?
