I noticed a difference in kN/s for my Chessbase engines while they were in CB9. I was analyzing a position, and it appeared as though it takes the engine a little longer to get up to its fastest search speed in CB9. I have noticed this in many positions, and the engines I am using are Junior 9, Shredder 9, and Fritz 8. I don't have any issues with this - I just wanted to know if someone could explain why this is happening.
