Err - you confuse all these topics if you claim that someone has the duty to
prove his innocense. No. It's the other way round. If you have suspicions then
prove them. Months ago I read that this is a do-able job. But what A. Schmidt
has presented is NOT already the proof. Nothing more nothing less.

(To your obsession about my files-download for Terry: if I download that stuff
and pay for it, and then send the whole data without owning or playing that
myself, is it still illegal in your view? If not you should apologize because I
didn't even send the data until this moment. And I wouldn't do it if it were
illegal. But that I could replace someone else should be forbidden? Well, Law is
often contrary to a human mind.)
