Subject: About ProDeo settings

Author: Christos Gitsis

With the opportunity of the discovery of mistaken ProDeo settings being used at
SSDF matches, I have to say that I also have had similar problems.

In particular, I have never succeded in using ProDeo as a UCI engine under Arena
with more than 2MB size of hashtables. I use rebeluci.exe and the following
wb2uci.eng file, which came with the release. The line

Program = prodeo.exe w6 rebel.eng

, which gives 57MB hashtable size when the engine runs under the WinBoard
Protocol, seems to be ignored under UCI, so I always use the WinBoard version.

Is there something wrong with my wb2uci.eng file?
Can someone post a working wb2uci.eng file?

wb2uci.eng:
