...and with just one more move to get a queen, material and positional
advantage, etc.
A mistake coming from presupmtion and laziness and lack of care and arrogance
and all was over in a sudden, as a crushing and flaming meteor coming from the
sky in a sweet summer evening..
I still cannot believe it.
Sure chess is a great teacher of esential things. You never must trust in your
strenght. You never must think you already won. You never must lose your
attention. You never must think the other side is already defeated. You never...
The computer was the venerable Steinitz dedicated unit, 4 Mhz processor....
Nobody and nothing is too little, too weak, too old, too obsolete.
