Hi all,

PolyGlot 1.3 is available from WBEC Ridderkerk:
http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/

As usual, Windows+Linux+MacOS binaries are included as well as source
code.

The main feature of this version is the addition of opening-book
support.  This does not matter so much on Windows, since it is only a
simpler alternative to PolyGlot+BookThinker.  It is much more
important on other systems for bookless UCI-only engines like Fruit.

A small book is included.
