To me it seems 23...Bh4(?) helped White a lot because it locks one Black rook
at h4 later (especially after 28...g5?), which lost some valuable tempi.
ProDeo should have gone for a Q-side attack with a5 or a6 (preparing b5)
instead of attacking at his own K-side.
Well positions with different castlings are difficult anyway.
Dieps win comes as a suprise for me, but it makes the tourney more
interesting again.
