No idea why you got those rude replies. ANyhow, the program is actually 5
different training programs all in one CD. If you're rated over 1600-1700 the
programs should be perfect. Note that Convekta has already come out with a
second edition, with different programs. That doesn't mean it is updated, since
these are others, not new versions.
