So it is not normal. You need to explain what you mean by "crash" - what happens? But I suspect you have a hardware malfunction which could be the processor, hard drive, or RAM memory. Overheating is a possible cause, so you need to monitor the temperatures inside your computer case with a software utility such as Everest. You might need to clean out the dust and fuzzballs inside your computer case, particularly your processor's heat sink and fan. Room temperature can be a contributing factor to overheating if it's above about 80 degrees F (27 degrees C). You might need to add some cooling fans, particularly a case fan (if you don't have one).
